So shady. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Upon signing my lease, I was promised (with documentation, mind you) one month of free rent for the last month of my lease. That final month arrives and, wouldn't you know it, they 'lost the paperwork' and refused to honor the agreement. I showed them the paperwork they had given me, guaranteeing this "free month" and they still refused to honor it. Save your time and your money, avoid them at all cost!
Very unprofessional. Alot of interoffice struggle
Have been attempting to contact them for the past month since moving in just to pay rent, nothing. Went to their office in Manhattan, "oh, she'll be sending it in just a minute." Still nothing. They've never answered a phone call or an email, but maybe they'll look at their reviews.
Refuses to send maintenance people to our apartment to fix issues.
Terribly unresponsive, unprofessional, and a nightmare to deal with. While we love our unit, the building is managed poorly. We have been without a functioning elevator for multiple weeks and there has been zero notice in regards to what is being done to remedy the situation. The water supply is inconsistent - we haven't had hot water is a week. Every other week the water supply is cut off completely for hours throughout the day without any notice.
