The facility is fine but it didn’t mention upon booking that your fist visit can’t be bulk billed even if your a healthcare card holder
They’ve just gone to complete shit. Doctors push you out within 5minutes. Don’t listen to a word of what’s actually wrong with you. Prescribe shit that people shouldn’t even be on . THEN force you to pay a $30 transfer fee to send all of YOUR OWN medical records to another clinic. The front of house staff are just rude and miserable. Complete joke of a place when it used to be the best in the suburb. Save your money an go to Forrestfeild
