I made an appointment for my dad through the Health Engine to see Richard for today, ie. Saturday appointment at noon, however by the time we got there at 11:50am - the clinic was closed. It’s a waste of my time travelling a long distance to find the Clinic closed even though I had a confirmed booking. Not professional at all!!
Best family doctor we've ever had.
The facility is fine but it didn’t mention upon booking that your fist visit can’t be bulk billed even if your a healthcare card holder
They’ve just gone to complete shit. Doctors push you out within 5minutes. Don’t listen to a word of what’s actually wrong with you. Prescribe shit that people shouldn’t even be on . THEN force you to pay a $30 transfer fee to send all of YOUR OWN medical records to another clinic. The front of house staff are just rude and miserable. Complete joke of a place when it used to be the best in the suburb. Save your money an go to Forrestfeild
Dr Richard and all the staffs are equally amazing — attentive, kind, and always ready to help. It’s clear that patient comfort and well-being are a top priority for everyone here. I really appreciate all the help and treatment we get at High Wycombe Medical Clinic
