RecommendedI have 2/4 of my daughters who turned 18 and wanted a tattoo. I wouldn't bring them to anyone else but Mark! Not only did he do great work on both, but he calmed them down and talked them through (a very nervous 2 girls btw) getting the tattoo for an overall great experience. Both want another... oh boy!! I've had work from him as well and HIGHLY RECOMMEND "HIGH VOLTAGE"
