My Harmonic Egg session was amazing! The blend of sound, color, and vibrational therapy brought me into deep relaxation, releasing tension and restoring balance. I left feeling lighter, more centered, and energized. I highly recommend it! I can’t wait to return to High Vibing Health to explore their classes as well—such a special place!
The sound, light and smells are calming. I felt better after going through the egg.
Wendy is very sweet and welcoming. She explained the process of the egg and was very patient with me asking questions etc. The experience of the harmonic egg is something that you would have to experience yourself. It is important to set your intention and just go with the flow. When I was finished, my body felt very relaxed, which allowed me to have an amazing meditation. Sleep later that night came fast, woke up the next morning very rested.
I recommend High Vibing Health services. My first harmonic egg experience was amazing! I talked about it so much that my son gifted me another session and he had a harmonic egg session too. Wendy is such a beautiful soul. I walked in for one thing and left with so much more! Thank you Wendy! I'm looking forward to my next session!
