RecommendedHad a customer bring in some parts that were bought from velocity and I had called them before they were open and left a message with some technical questions. She (sorry I forgot your name) called me back 10 minutes after they opened for the day and answered all my questions with ease. Very knowledgeable and they call back, you just don’t get service like that anymore these days. Thank you again
Very good people to deal with. Honest and professional. Told me what I needed but more importantly what I didn’t need. Didn’t try to just sell me stuff. But got my truck set up perfectly for the way I use it and made it much more reliable. They definitely know the intricacies and nuances of the powerstroke.
Best customer service out there. Tamara and Dan do much more than fix your truck, but they walk you through the entire process and spend time with you making sure you understand the issues at hand! Much more than a "just a repair shop"
New to diesel trucks, and unfortunately bought a lemon. These folks not only straightened out my truck, but gave me an education in the process. Tamara went out of her way to make sure I understood the work that needed to be done, sending me pictures of parts that needed to be replaced and explaining why it made sense to do additional work while they were at it as insurance against having to repeat the labor charges down the road. I've delt with a few diesel shops in the last few years and high velocity is bar far one of the best!! Phenomenal customer service!!! The knowledge they have is incredible and they aren't afraid to share it! I cannot wait to bring my truck back for a few more upgrades! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have some work done on their Powerstroke, to check them out!
