Cant keep appointments. I planned a visit a year in advance (coming from Virginia). Arranged my visit with family around the appointment. Booked and made deposit about 4 months in advance. Had constant correspondence leading up to the appointment day. Milo cancelled about 4 hours before my appointment time because an earlier appointment was “getting more done than he had thought”.
