First we got here place was dirty, curtains were disgusting and mattress was soaked in pee, comforter had blood on it, there was a roach, utensils had rust on them. Floors were nasty. Mike was very unprofessional about making this right, well nothing was made right.

Management is absolutely unprofessional. I personally emailed him a week prior to vacation asking if we could bring 2 cars and he said yes and now that we have driven 2 cars, 650 miles down here, our only option is to leave a car at wal mart for our entire vacation. Then proceeded to lie about the rules changing. Extremely rude and did not even attempt to accommodate anything to the situation in which he created. Very disappointed
