Food was good. But service sucked. We sat in the bar area because it was open seating but an hour later we finally got our food. That's because the management failed to understand that a single employee working both a bar and all tables in the bar on a day that has the nfl playoffs scheduled is probably a bad idea. Additionally we had to cancel one meal (which they didn't charge us for) because we waited so long my friend had to be taken to the airport. And he missed his flight. I went here last night with my fiance and our experience was horrible. Our server was good but that's about it. My fiance ate the clam chowder it had a very high sea taste and he has had fresh clam chowder before and the Taste was not strong like this. We ordered shrimp and fish which were under cooked and had to be sent back several times. One manager tried to correct the food but it was still under cooked. Wanted to finally have a day to splurge on some good food... and I went to the right place! That was the best tasting seafood ever! Love the food at High Tide Harry's. Love that soft shell crab. There is not many places that have soft shell crab.
Best seafood I've had at a restaurant... Best service hands down...
Food was ok, service was worse....multiple times. I do not recommend.
