When we made our reservation we reserved a 6 person cart. When we went to the location we were told one of the employees changed our reservation from a 6 seater to a 4 seater. We had 5 people to cart around, one being a 95 year old, so this was not sufficient. Our # of days was also changed from 3 to 2. Needless to say, we will NOT be using this company again. Think twice before you rent from them!!
Great experience! I would most definitely rent from this company again. Not only did they drop off the cart (and pick up), but they helped me map out how to get to and from the best beach access, restaurants, etc. Very helpful and nice to have input from some of the locals!

My personal experience on day of rental was unpleasant. Attendant was short, rude, argumentative and not very professional and accusatory. Not really listening to needs of her client just rudely stating what she had to say and not much attempt made to accommodate or understand and meet needs of her client. I rented because I wanted a cart for transportation on island only and not because of the good service I received. Rented the cart for three days and paid good money. On last day the cart died and would not move. They picked us up and ask for a discount on rental or next rental. Was told there was nothing that can be done. So I will go to the competition next time and suggest the same. I’m in the rental business and there is something you can always do for your customer. If they decide to offer something I will change my rating.
great company do to business with. painless as possible. call them give them a card number and they drop off the cart. how much easier can it get? very fun way to explore the island. they have several cart options available to suit larger families as well. the carts are newer and in great operating condition with all the safety features to keep you and you kids safe.
