Very difficult to find help when you need it.
If there was an option for giving less that a star, I would do that. Hightide Associates lacks organization, communication and professionalism that should be the foundation of any company. Please make your formal complaints to SCDCA (South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs).
This has got to be the worst property management company on the island. There are pure trash and don't deserve a dime that homeowners give them they have given us excuse after excuse passing on blame to our gate installers or whoever runs our gate. We have now owned our home since April and We still don't have a sticker to get into the gate. We don't even have a code to get into our gate.
