Got seated right away but never seen a server until the hostess came by after 20 minutes and asked if we'd seen a server yet. Limited concert menu. We're here on a once in a lifetime vacation with our son and we wanted to try lobster. We were very disappointed. It had a terrible fishy taste, not a sea food fishy, but a I-hope-this-isn't-a-mistake fishy. We're all back at our hotel now feeling sick, our stomachs are burning and I think we're in trouble with food poisoning.
The food and drinks were excellent! The customer service was also excellent! We had ordered the lazy lobster and it was too chewy, so they replaced our meal with the whole lobsters and also gave us free dessert.
Very Surprised. Fried seafood was raw. Our meal took over an hour, while others around us ate soon after seated. Our sides to our main dish served way after. Everything was so salty.
The bartenders are awesome!! Such hard workers and friendly. Sometimes you have to wait a little while for a drink but that’s because they are very busy . My favorite bar in bangor
We went to dinner at High Tide Rest. friday night for dinner. Had what they called a concert menu. There was 5 in our party. The service was not good at all and the menu was VERY limited. In the past we went there on an average once or twice a week but they don't seem to care about the local people that SUPPORT them thru the slow time of year. They know who we are and yet we couldn't even get a pizza!!! Won't be going back!!!

I'm here from NJ and visited High Tide as my first seafood restaurant here in Maine. The staff was very friendly & my meal was delicious!
