I was having issues with my CV transmission and brought my already old car in for service. Roma was so helpful and honest. After doing a thorough inspection of the car including test driving it, he advised me against spending more money on this car by trying to repair the transmission issues. He was so patient and clearly explained everything to me. I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty! I had a great experience at this location. Roma was wonderful to talk to and he was very transparent about my options about clutch work for my car. They were very accommodating with my questions and took the time to give me updates about part and labor timing/costs. Everyone I interacted with was kind and courteous, and in the end my car came back feeling brand new! Would definitely recommend to others and should I have another issue, I would bring my business back here.
