I had the pleasure of meeting Roma. I brought my mother in laws car in with a transmission issue. Roma took the time and care to diagnose my issue before providing me with a quote. Although we did not get our car serviced there due to our availability. Roma’s customer service was top notch. After the inspection he did not try to upsell me or pressure me into fixing the vehicle.
