My 12 year old X1 has a transmission downshifting problem. Sal test drove the car and said the transmission had to be replaced. He spent almost half an hour explaining to me what the issues were and suggesting a few options, including getting rid of the car. He did not push me to have the transmission replaced and make money on it. Instead, he provided me with honest opinions and free advice, which are hard to come by these days. Thank you very much Sal for your time.
What an amazing team!! Honest and thorough, with reasonable prices when compared to other places, which is a combination that is so hard to find nowadays. The only people I would ever have work on my car! Confidently and highly recommended!
