Bob saved us! – We just moved to the Atlanta area, and I was so bummed when our transmission went out. We took it to a mechanic who sent us to High-Tech, saying that they were the best in town. So true! Bob clearly had a lot of cars to work on, but he still was able to get to ours very quickly. So helpful! – I called after getting an astronomical quote for a transmission repair from another mechanic. Bob told me the price actually seemed in line with the work that needed to be done. However, he pointed out that our Van was probably still under the factory warranty (it's a 2010) and then took 10 or 15 minutes to find numbers for Ford Service, Local Dealerships, etc... and instructed me on the best thing to do to get it fixed on Ford's dime.
