Avoid AT ALL COSTS! Cliff, the owner of High-Tech Roofing is refusing to take responsibility for his crew shimmying the roof he put on one of our buildings 6 years ago (2006) with extra shingles instead of replacing the decking. The roof collapsed in that area and caused such severe damage from the leakage that the owner is considering allowing his condo to go into foreclosures. Cliff denies he is responsible and refuses to answer our calls. The HOA board is considering legal action.
