Have heard nothing but positive things about this company
These people have changed our lease without our consent. You try to reach out to them to fix issues they ignore you. Been waiting over two months for a window to get replaced in the home. Took them over twos months to update the electrical and put an electrical panel in had to use an extension cord from our back room to run are refrigerator bc none of the outlets were working in our kitchen. I’m sure it depends what area you’re renting in, but house was and still is infested with multiple pests. Basically, maintenance and management have done nothing. I’ve been here a few months. I simply asked to be let out of my lease & they told me I had to pay a few months rent in order to break the lease. Unbelievable. Imagine moving someone with kids into a house filled with dirty pests that can cause health issues and spread diseases. No offer to help me find another property, nothing.
