I paid someone to install a dog door panel that is supposed to fit into my slider. Instructions were horrible. Both customer service agents gave different installation instruction and I didn't receive the correct parts. Once installed the only way to open existing slider would be to pull out a pin each time no other locking system included. Ended up returning the door and I still had to pay the person I hired to install it. Very disappointed.
Bought this product, installed it, instantly broke. Tried to get my money back but customer service was horrible!!! Ignored my emails, "lost connection" on my calls, left voicemails that were not returned on many occasions until it was passed the 30 day mark, then they were easy to get ahold of but it "was too late to get my money back now". Purchased a dog training/ bark control collar of this company's from an online retailer. Didn't receive the collar when I paid to, collar did not work as advertised. Complete waste of my money. Will not stay connected to my phone, some of the features don't work on Androids, no instruction manual, only one phone can control the collar/be connected at a time, bark control feature won't work when I'm not home due to no Bluetooth connection. Don't know how they get this rating. From the start, I would call or email and no one ever returns a call or email to solve the problem. Now after years of frustration, I gave up and moved onto another company. Product constantly breaks and/or unpredictable in performance. But still the customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen in 30 years.
