The most only reason why I’m not giving it one star is because I actually had a decent experience the first time I went here. Got a mani/pedi with gel. The second time I came all went well until it was time to pay. Their system glitched mid transaction so despite my bank account clearly say $65 was deducted from my account, they told me the payment didn’t come through on their end so I ended up paying another $65 on a different card. I treated myself and my daughter to a gel manicure after her college visit at ISU. After less than a week I have 3 nails that chipped, my daughter does too. My daughter told me the station she was at was very dirty and she was covered in glitter ehen she got up. She did not have glitter polish put on.For the money I spent this should not be happening. The worst part is we live so far away I can't get them fixed.
I had to stop going here because my nail tech would always fall asleep while doing my nails. At every appointment! It definitely ruined the experience for me although my nails would turn out ok.
Not recommended this nail store. The manicurist has no aesthetic sense.
