Very Helpful I really appreciate businesses who have very helpful people working for them. This company is one of those. I tried calling them once and the tech who came was very helpful. He taught me how the new lock works and he told me all the information that I needed.
An experience worth sharing I am one very satisfied customer, I would like to share my experience with this company. I called them up and sure enough someone came over and helped me out. He was really great, he fixed my issue very quickly and he made me feel more secured. I felt valued as a customer.
I feed secured It's not all the time, that we encounter a locksmith that's reliable and dependable. I felt secured with the lock I got from this company. They have helped me in a way.
Bad job I recently had occasion to require a locksmith. I called several places to compare pricing. First I hit several locations of locksmiths that claimed to be based here, and were actually out of state! I don't even know how that's legal. Bad Service checked with the state, this person does not have a valid DCJS locksmith Lic. This person does not even know what his state locksmith lic. is. DO NOT use this locksmith.
great service i needed to change two of the front door locks.i didn't know who i am suppose to call and how it's suppose to be done.i called high-tech and from that on they took care of everything......great service at good prices.
they charge higher than other locksmith Last month, I needed someone to replace my locks because I have heard from my neighbors that there are some victims of theft on our neighborhood and they use bump keys. That's why I have decided to switch to a more secured lock and I have called them to replace my locks. The service was okay, however, one thing I can comment on is their price. Their rate is higher than their competitors.
