Austin and Cesar responded promptly, arrived exactly on time even though it was the weekend before Christmas, and worked wonders at a cost that I found to be incredibly fair for the level of work required. Ben came right on time and explained options in detail. Our two-year old carpets were in excellent shape in our no-shoes home and he agreed that the basic steam cleaning was enough. There wasn't ground in dirt. High Tech coordinates a number of sub-contractors to provide service. High Tech carefully checks with customers for feedback to make sure their contractors do a good job. 2 - 3 hours was suggested as drying time for our steam cleaned carpets.
