They were very respectful of our home during the air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Our dryer vent line has several 90-degree turns, so the safest and best choice was to open a small section of the ceiling to properly reach and clean the blockage. They arrived early and did an excellent air duct cleaning job. My vents and cold air return ducts were extremely dirty, with a heavy buildup of dust and debris, and now they look very clean. The duct sanitizing service was a great extra, and the whole house feels fresher and smells much better. They answered all of my questions, explained the process clearly, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Very professional service, and I would gladly use them again. I’m very happy with the results.
