Worst build for the big tag price. The units are freezing cold the first floor so cold is like the heat is off . All the vents are open and if you raise the heat it’s gets too hot upstairs. My gas bill is super high every month . The walls are painted on a flat paint so if they get dirty you can’t clean them caulking cracking all over the place . Very cheap build and finishes is definitely not worth $385,000 .
