Very unique to apartment living. Large clean apartments. Was move in ready. Superintendents keep common areas very clean . Always aware of any seasonal build up of mess in lobbies. Quiet surroundings. And secure. I feel safe here. One block away from path along niagara's upper river . Beautiful in spring and summer. Nice grounds with community garden area and also a BBQ under gazebo for residents to use . Overall probly best choice in apartment living in Ft.Erie.

Great building complex , everyone is so nice and helpful . Anytime anything is not working , Marion, Don , Lori and Bill get it taken care of immediately - highly recommend !
Management is very friendly and welcoming. Neighbors are quiet and no complaints. Never had any pest or service issues. My boyfriend and I lived here for a couple years and love everything about this property. Any changes that happen, management always made sure everybody is aware ahead of time which is great.
