High Street Apartments has a fantastic maintenance staff. We would like to compliment and “Thank” our maintenance staff for the wonderful job they do. Especially for our “Jackie of all trades”, Marion. She is a maintenance person that does so much more than just vacuum the halls, she also is an accomplished plumber, carpenter, painter, you name it. I live here, I think it's great I have no complaints, everyone's nice. Some covered parking would be nice though :P
My family and I are in the process of relocating to Fort Erie and will be moving into High Street Apartments at the end of this month. We went through the application process and were on our way to view the apartment the very next day. The communication from the Resident Manager Lori has been amazing throughout this entire process. This was the second time that I lived at High Street Apartments. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking to move to the area. The rent is reasonable and the management staff are top notch. Any time I had an issue it was dealt with right away, usually the same day. They were always very thorough with any issues or maintenance and the property itself is very well kept. Communication was also very thorough so there were never any surprises.
