Great place to live. Very friendly neighbors. Only trouble is with the parking. If you can't get an assigned reserved space, you have to park on the street and pay daily. You are put on a list and wait your turn. Only one space is available for handicapped and a lot of residents fit that category. Unfortunately, the meter is across the street and the traffic is busy. You do have the option to sign up to 'Parkvantage' in which you can pay through the app on your phone at a higher cost. But it is better than taking the chance ... read more
