Mr dayananda replaced my hip 5 years ago couldn't be happier
Cannot thank Mr DAYANANDA enough for the brilliant job he has done on my knee, I couldn’t be happier and now look forward to getting the right knee operated on. The pain after operation was managed extremely well, the exercise regime was easy to manage, and after three weeks was able to walk unaided and up the exercise. Mr Dayananda you have given me my life back. Thank you

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I saw Dr Dayananda about 2 years ago for results of MRI on my left hip. The results showed that genetic spurs on top of my femur had gradually obliterated the cartilage in my hip over the years. I was told I would need a hip replacement in 2-10 years and to cease playing football, running, jumping, etc. After not wanting to except this fate, I set off walking lots, doing yoga and recovery techniques and then came across a simple controlled breathing technique called Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
