Bought a new home and needed the old locks re-keyed, along with the security door to a safe room. Erik arrived right on time and was super professional, friendly and fast. He disassembled all of the locks and oiled them to make sure they worked smoothly (my exterior home doors had 3 deadbolts operated by the single key).
