I highly recommend Jeramie for a home inspection. He did an amazingly thorough job, including writing a detailed report complete with pictures of all the problem areas in my house along with diagrams of how it should be. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I will absolutely be recommending him to everyone I know and calling him again if I ever need another inspection.
