Hi Emily, I’ve gotten back into backpacking. It’s something I love, and have missed doing. Over the past weekend I did a solo overnight backpacking trip into Dardanelles Lake off the Tahoe Rim trail. 4 miles in, up and down some fairly steep grades. I kicked ass. Moved at a good clip.
