I recommend them because they are honest and actually try to stay in the price range. They did everything they could to provide what I needed. I actually left the lot in a smile and satisfied with what I left with. So far no issues with the car. Happy customer.
Bought an Acura MDX and had constant issues within the first month I spent over 1k on repairs then found out dealer turned miles back. Now I’m stuck with a high mileage Mercedes and I’m going to finally figure out my rights and follow up with dmv enforcement. They didn’t try to find me a car after fraudulently writing me a loan on a car with well over 200k that had “122k” then they went and resold the car. I do not recommend high Sierra auto sales. They are very unprofessional. We put in an application about 4 days ago. We never heard back from them so We’ve been calling and texting every single day and no one will answer or respond to us. We are being completely ignored. Do not put in an application they will waste your time.
Terrible terrible I haven't even had my vehicle one year and its had so many things wrong now come to find out they sold me a vehicle with a faulty airbag and now the check engine light is on again!! Their guy sonny sold me the vehicle and I've had nothing but trouble with it since day one!!! Their owner was cool until they stopped returning my phone calls, text and everything else!!! I am actually working with an honest dealer. 85% down after raising price more than $1500? Any reasonable dealer would have offered the vehicle for $4500. cash (still kbb value) and not insulted me about financing. The last x5 i bought with same credit cost me $10k and i only put $3k down. I will definitely spread the word of your dealership. Good day
Our Machanic is amazing! He fixed my mirror, headlight, and buffed my car today. They also did an amazing job on our other cars broken door last month. I have never trusted a mechanic as much as I trust Brian at High Sierra Auto Sales and Service. Honest, fair pricing, and just a great guy. If you need service in Reno call them.
I went in nervous as a first time buyer. Sunny walked me though the whole process, and made sure the financing would work for me. I left happy with the newest car ive ever owned. I highly recommend and would buy from them again.
