I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. They are a complete scam. This man takes advantage of the elderly, does incomplete jobs, steals the money and never shows up to finish the job after he promises to. He took advantage of my mother who is over 70 years old, was paid to fix all the windows, only fixed two of them halfway, disappeared and never answered the phone. Please avoid this scammer at all costs. People like this do not deserve to be in the United States. They are cheaters and scammers.

Charged my mother $600 to change springs on her windows. The job took 2 hours, 3 out of the 5 windows “fixed” fell apart the following day. We scheduled 3 visits on 3 separate phone calls and text messages to fix the problem. The technician never showed up. Please stay away from these crooks.

We called this company to fix multiple windows in my mother’s house. He told us the springs needed to be changed and quoted us a price I would consider to be high for the job. We went with him anyways for the sake of just getting the job done. Someone from his company arrived and did the work. However the very next day, 3 out of the 5 windows would not stay up when lifted and just fell back down. Called him to tell him about the problem, he said he would come by to take a look.
