I had a missed call on my phone so I returned the call. It led me to this company. The man on the phone said, "I don't know how you have a missed call from us... this is an exterminator." I explained to him that my fiance gave my phone number to them so that we could get in contact about a pest issue. Not only was the person on the phone rude, he also made it clear that he could not service Willowick because it was "too far" for him.
