I came to high road bike co to get my Onyx RCR repaired. Chris was very helpful and prompt with offering me a solution. His expertise clearly shows through his work. I’ll definitely be back there soon!
Bought a couple of Electric Bike Company model E's from David and he was incredibly helpful. Super knowledgable and gave us all the information we needed with the bare minimum amount of upselling. He gave us a great deal, didn't mind me pestering him with a lot of questions over several weeks, and did some assorted extra stuff on top of that like cutting a bolt so it would fit with the trailer I bought. Impeccable customer service all around, and my only regret is I don't need another bike.

After getting turned away at multiple local bike shops for a simple brake tune up (standard tektro system) I took my ebike there to get the brakes tuned up. David was very welcoming and they tuned up several things on my bike while they were at it. The shop also has some of the higher end ebikes out there you can check out in person as well. I will be coming back here for future ebike needs for sure!
