Very disappointing experience. I reached out to this company multiple times over the span of about a week and a half. I left several voicemails, followed up more than once, and never received a single response. To rule out any issue on my end, my wife also tried contacting them separately — same outcome, no answer and no callback. We hired High River Landscaping to remodel our backyard, including moving a retaining wall and adding artificial grass. They were referred to us by good friends. A first class company to work with. The crew was very professional, hard working, and delivered high quality work. They were transparent throughout the entire project and kept us updated along the way. Very reliable! It was a complete transformation, and we are loving the new space. We will not hesitate to use them for our next project.
We are very pleased with our new retaining wall. It looks amazing. Rida and his brother were on time everyday, and had our project complete in approx. 4 or 5 days. They were extremely careful maneuvering their equipment in our restricted tight space. Rida is a very personable kind easy person to talk to regarding any aspects of our project. I highly recommend this company for your projects.
