I have Ben funded twice by this company and Everytime it has taken 3 plus weeks to receive funds. There's no way of speaking to anybody in the funding department and nobody cares that this is emergency money on a already intense lawsuit. I reached out to them about my BSA settlement also.. they have contacted and confirmed my settlement with my attorney's office I've filled out a ton of paperwork for everyone involved and they absolutely don't call back won't return an email 😑 very poor customer service and overall experience with this company 😢..
