I just moved here and the apartments have roaches. It's driving me nuts and ur paying a lot of money and it's no way there should be roaches. Roaches are not urgent to them. I feel like something happen in my apartment the floor is uneven
Decent place to live but it's pretty damn sad when the price for a 1 bedroom is what the 3 bedroom was 1.5 yr ago.
If I could give zero stars I would. Most piss poor apartments ever since Keystone bought them. They were great when it was Simpson and Simpson. They don’t care about anything. They hire anybody off the street to DESTROY, I mean “repair” and “remodel” the units. They never give notice for anything and if they do it’s last minute and not 24 hours. I have never lived so comfortable in my life, ive been living here for 13 years and loved it so much.
This is what I moved into when Simpson and Simpson on the property now that they have finally sold it everything has went out. I’ve had to have the water heater, replaced the kitchen sink, and now the refrigerator is going out. These companies need to take more pride in their property And their tenants who are paying rent
