Decent place to live but it's pretty damn sad when the price for a 1 bedroom is what the 3 bedroom was 1.5 yr ago.

If I could give zero stars I would. Most piss poor apartments ever since Keystone bought them. They were great when it was Simpson and Simpson. They don’t care about anything. They hire anybody off the street to DESTROY, I mean “repair” and “remodel” the units. They never give notice for anything and if they do it’s last minute and not 24 hours. This is what I moved into when Simpson and Simpson on the property now that they have finally sold it everything has went out. I’ve had to have the water heater, replaced the kitchen sink, and now the refrigerator is going out. These companies need to take more pride in their property And their tenants who are paying rent

Don't believe the low rating reviews. This place is great! Management is extremely attentive to what's going on and they care. This isn't your average apartment complex, it's a small community. I feel very safe here. There isn't trash everywhere like other places. If you want bright lights and valet trash, move to Raleigh. If you want safety and peace and quiet, with a great staff that actually takes care of things, move here.
