Tim & his team were great! The roof & gutters look great. The crew was professional & responsive. Great communication all around & easy to work with!
Super friendly and helpful. Rather than glob on some caulk and take my money, Tim was honest that they couldn't remediate the issue with our leaking chimney cap. He provided us a few options of folks to call for a "real" fix and in this day and age, I really value that kind of honesty.
The owner Tim, was always quick to get back with you. The actual scheduling of getting the work completed was a little slow, but that's due to scheduling of multiple jobs that always cause a dominoes effect. In the end the work was done and they did a nice job.
Tim and his wonderful crew did a great job.
I would have to say that the team at High Ridge was very professional and great to work with from start to finish. Tim was very detailed going over the estimate and logistics with my wife and I, answering all of our questions in detail. The install of our roof went without a hitch. The crew was fast and efficient. We are very happy overall with our choice to use them and would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market for their roofing needs!! Thank you to this top notch team!
