I just moved in a few weeks ago. But I have to say I love everything about my new apartment and the Manager Melissa is such a nice lady. She made everything clear to me about all the paperwork and gave me all the information I needed to live here. My apartment is so clean and not a nail hole in this apt. I feel blessed to have been accepted as a tenant. I’m on the 2nd floor of 3 floor apts and it is so nice and quiet. I actually feel very safe here and get good sleep.
Great place to live and the site manager is a real Jewel there because she is very helpful to the best of her ability and will not tolerate any trouble there. Beware, everywhere you live there will always be nosy neighbors; I have already run into that problem but thanks to the site manager, the problem was resolved within two days. I would like to start by emphasizing the fact that this is an Equal Housing Opportunity apartment complex and many residents that live there are either mentally or physically disabled in some way or are very low-income families. The apartment manager, Dominique Olivares, is taking advantage of this fact and should not be allowed to work with these people.
