There are roachesin these apartments. I do clean and take out trash regularly. Also, some of the other tenants have dogs and dont clean up after them. Currently i have a two apartment and paying 1200 a month which is a complete rip off but rent has went up twice. Moving out as soon as possible.
Its a average looking apartment for a high cost of around 900 a month for one bedroom. I would advise military members to stay away from this and any Case & Associates complexes. They dont honor us at all. When you get orders to leave they will still charge you for whole last month and other bs fees. Before i leave i working with fort bliss to help get these guys blacklisted and help our personnel.
Maintenance has always been here within a few hours to fix any issues I’ve had since moving in almost a year ago!
