Never answers the phone. There’s rats up in the attic. I have made a report that’s been up for months now and nothing has been done. I won’t be renting from the place again.
As a former tenant, it felt as like the company only cared for their investment. When we as tenants had issues they would take their time and when we needed something repaired they would set up an appointment to their availability and will give notice if we are not there we will be billed a fee, but if they don’t make their appointment and we take off from work it’s no problem for them. As all of the other reviews indicate, Karla and her team are HONEST, PROMPT, and PROFESSIONAL. When we rented one of the homes that they managed we didn't have to question whether they would fix an issue. They were an absolute breeze to work with.
Karla was very communicative and attentive to us at all times, both in the search and maintenance of our apartment (which we had 5 years and they were very attentive all those years) and in the purchase of our first house. Excellent service. 100% recommended.
