Pay 3500 a month for CAM charges. Supposed to include snow removal. 3 times now I had to delay my business from opening because they can’t handle snow removal properly. Senior management doesn’t return phone calls.
They kicked out my barber with 40 days notice!!! After 30 years. They're not humans. They only care about THEIR MONEY. I would say the gig family has lost its good name. Not good people. Rent somewhere else.
