I had a poor experience living here, and I’m glad I left. Overall, it isn’t a HORRIBLE place, but there are a few things you need to be mindful of before considering High Range Village. Pros: Decent location, next to parks, trails, restaurants, and a grocery store. Desert Hills Elementary is right across the street. High Range is a gem! The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, but the real highlight is the staff. They're incredibly friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcome. It's a lovely place to live!"
We were living here for 6 months and we never had a problem, parking good, zero noise, we always pay on time. It is a good place to live. We moved out of the city after our lease finished well, just for a 250 cleaning fee they put us on collections because they could not let us know on time how much we needed to pay and how.
