I can’t say enough good things about the team at High Range Village! I recently missed an important email regarding renter's insurance updates and ended up with a $15 non-compliance fee. The ladies in the office were so patient—they walked me through exactly what needed to be changed on my policy and showed me how to upload the new forms. To my surprise, they even credited the $15 back to my account once we got it sorted! Threatens to sends back packages but makes it impossible for anyone with a 9-5 to actually pick it up without taking time off. Consider the price of an alternate delivery location as part of rent. Edit: Management incompetently or maliciously auto enrolled me(and probably others) in default renters insurance despite already having valid insurance on file.

The management Connie, Sonia and Rosa are outstanding! Always pleasant, helpful and kind. Always answer the phone, always concerned about the issue you report. Never seen better!
