Our 5-year old new townhome was having HVAC issues where condensation was forming on the ductwork and leaking into our basement ceiling. My AC would take so long to cool and sometimes it would not stay cold. I had someone come out and they added some freon. Two months later I had the same issue. A friend recommended High Quality Multi Service. Jerry came out showed me the freon was leaking, explained the cause and what needed to be done to fix the issue. The AC has been working fine since. I would definitely recommend High Quality Multi Service. They are knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced!
