I just received my PALS certification. My instructor Mrs Monique King was excellent, very passionate about the class, informative and dedicated. I am looking forward doing my ACLS certification with High Quality CPR. If you have never taken a CPR, ACLS or PALS class, this is the place to go.
High Quality CPR, specifically Monique, went out of her way for me this weekend. I had one day left to renew my BLS CPR or I would not be able to attend work the next day. There were no classes previously scheduled but they came in on a Sunday night to make sure I got certified. I have been a nurse for 7 years and have been to private businesses like this several times to get my CPR. This was the worst cpr class I have ever taken. My original class was cancelled the day of because the instructor was sick. They called about 1hr and 30mins before the Alexander class was suppose to start. I was rescheduled at the their silver springs location which was the same day and time. However, this bothered me because I went from a 8min drive to a 40 minute drive. When I got to the building it was old and dirty.
