Disappointing experience overall. There were frequent delays, lack of follow-through, and very poor communication. When I tried to get updates, I was even told I was “harassing,” which was frustrating since I was simply asking about services I had already paid for. There also seems to be additional ‘personal’ staff involved now, but in my experience, there was little clarity on what was going on and limited patience when asking questions, which made things more confusing. Do not, I repeat do not use this shop. Whatever money you save going to them, You will be paying more in the long run to fix whatever it is they have have messed. It has taken me an entire year to write this review because any time I talk or think about this place I get so frustrated. Everytime I get up in the morning and look at my car I’m disappointed in myself and my decision to bring my car here. For starters I brought my car for a broken bumper and misaligned fender.
