This is a pleasant peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day no stresses around this place. Dogs are just safe and controlled and I’m going to miss not seeing all the dogs and walkers so this has been a fun stay for me and somewhat a grown-up wish
The staff is attentive and kind. Especially Devin, who’s been super helpful with all of my questions and concerns from the moment I inquired. Neighborhood seems relatively safe, quiet, and clean. I’m a pretty simple person and I feel very comfortable and content with my unit as well as the price. I’d recommend this neighborhood to others :)
I’ve lived at High Pointe Club for about five years now. It hasn’t always been a 5 star experience, but the current management and maintenance team really make the difference. Everyone is friendly, things are kept up the way they should be, and communication is always clear. It’s nice to feel like the people running the community truly care about it! :)
