Why in the world does this anonymous looking community charge visitors to park? You’re located in a random armpit of Merrifield and charging guests to park there? Is management that cheap and greedy!? What scam!!! This place is getting reported to the Better Business Bureau.

This place used to be a nice place to live, but we have been woken up out of our sleep since November 2024 every night at 2, 3, & 5 AM due to noisy neighbors downstairs that are slamming something or throwing a ball and it shakes our floor and our bed. We have been complaining to the property manager about this since December, called the police to come out multiple times, and sent over 30 videos of this noise happening.
