The resort has a great location close to parks and malls. The units are very spacious and nice just need upgrades. The microwave is rusty. The ac vents need cleaning, carpets have spots.
The townhomes are a little outdated but very spacious and clean! They have everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms. If not, just ask Sally at the front desk who is very accommodating and trying to please everyone! The pool area has plenty of sun & shade, tables with umbrellas and chairs along with plenty of lounge chairs. Everything could use an updating but everything is usable. I love the screened in porch attached to the unit.
I absolutely love it, its like a hidden gem!! Customer service is excellent as any issues I have had were addressed quickly promptly and taken seriously. Although the issues I have had was not anything, unless reported, that cleaning would have noticed. I booked 1 and 2 bedrooms, and both is great! My family and I recently spent a week at High Point and really enjoyed the facilities. They were very comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The location made it easy to access the attractions in Orlando and to shop at the Outlets. Another advantage was having a Wal-Mart nearby. And of course, the friendly staff and receptionist (Sally) were there. We recommend staying at High Point Resorts! Success and prosperity to all
The location is excellent, and the unit was clean and well-equipped with the basics we needed for the week. While the property isn’t a traditional resort, it functions more like a converted townhouse complex offering weekly rentals. The unit we stayed in was quite dated, with noticeable signs of wear such as peeling wallpaper, ceiling water stains, and a small toilet in the master bath.
