My friend kept saying I should check out High Point and I'm so glad I finally listened to her. Worst therapists I've ever had in my life. They both quit on me when i was struggling because they didn't want to be held responsible for me if I hurt myself, which me, my school and family told them repeatedly wasn't going to happen. They should not be therapists if they're just going to quit on clients when things get hard. One of them felt very judgmental every session and told me I was going to end up an addict like my dad. High Point Wellness Counseling is an amazing practice that provides very high quality, compassionate care.
High Point Wellness has been my therapist for years and I'm so grateful for all the work that they do. Kate is incredible and makes me feel so comfortable sharing. I appreciate how flexible they are to make appointments more accessible. Once I had two kiddos and during the pandemic, I pivoted to phone call appointments, which has been incredibly accommodating. Appreciate all that they do for the mental health field regarding advocacy as well!
