Unsafe garage. Anyone who doesn't live in the complex can enter by following a tenant. Overheard a tenant telling her boyfriend about her car being keyed near the leasing office. She allegedly notify them. But they failed to investigate and let other tenants know of the vandalism. Paper thin walls.
