On Sunday, April 3, 2016, during an incredible windstorm, my neighbor contacted me about a large tree on my property that threatened to fall on his house. He said he was spooked because it had developed a crack all around it about 8 feet from the base (and he said he could hear it creak although I couldn’t.)
