I was placed at this shelter with my son at 18 years old which was over 10 yrs ago so I’m not sure how it is now but from my experience there It wasn’t the worse but not the best. I remember hating this place and just wanted out. but Now that I’m older I just feel like if you do what you need to do never make your self comfortable & try to not make any friends you will be ok . Me and my family were homeless for 3 and 1/2 years. During that time we ended up at two different shelters this being one of them the 2nd one, they were amazing here they never treated us badly they never discriminated they always showed kindness courtesy and just true compassion. Soy enfermera y visite por un tiempo este lugar la cual tenía un paciente y no le permitían entrar su cama de impedidos marisol soto le gritaba a mi paciente y le cerraba la puerta con mala actitud no teia empatia por esa persona no importa el tiempo que esa persona espero allí en la puerta para ser atendido yo vi como por una hora y media espero para ser atendido y esta empleada marisol soto no le importa y le tranco la puerta en la cara sin áviso .
